Arranging a Funeral
One person, normally a relative or friend, will need to take on the responsibility for the funeral arrangements ensuring that the wishes of the person who has passed are followed wherever possible.
If you find yourself in this role please be reassured that your Heritage professional will be with you every step of the way, guiding you through all the decisions beginning with cremation or burial.
From the moment you contact us we will oversee each stage
of the funeral. Our courteous staff will provide the care,
support and advice to make the process simple, clear and
in accordance with your wishes.
Once the decisions have been made we will go through
everything that you have requested and give you a clear
summary along with an estimate of cost.
The First Things To Think About
- Will it be a burial or a cremation?
- Where would you like the funeral service to take place -
a church, a crematorium, a cemetery chapel,
beside the grave or somewhere else?
- Who will conduct the service? a minister or civil celebrant?
- Are you wanting a religious or non-religious service?
Services that are non-religious are in most cases conducted by a civil celebrant or Humanist, but they can be also be led by a family friend.
Please contact us and we will arrange an appointment
at a time and location that suits you.
